Radio Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty.
TIDRADIO's limited warranty applies to all BRAND NEW radios purchased from tidradio.com. This warranty is non-transferable.
What does this limited warranty cover?
We guarantee that the products are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and when used according to the Product's user manual during the warranty period. Please refer to the instructions included in each package for guidelines on proper use and care of the unit.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover damages that occur directly or indirectly due to:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or acts of God (such as lightning or other weather conditions).
- Use with another product or any damage or loss resulting from combining with another item.
- Improper or insufficient maintenance.
- Repairs performed by an unauthorized service technician.
- Normal wear and tear.
