7Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping after we receive it.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer various shipping options, and charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over a certain amount.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • US/EU: 5-9 working days(Island: 7-15 working days)
  • CA/AU: 7-12 working days
  • Others: please see the shipping time at checkout
  • Note(Except US): Shipping time for package with spare battery will be extended to 12 to 25 working days

International Shipping

  • International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in locating your order.
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended due to adverse weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Failed Delivery:

 Regarding failed deliveries caused by the customer's failure to collect the package in time or to contact the courier, we do not assume any responsibility for the consequences. (As per the general regulations of international logistics companies, customers are responsible for tracking their package status using the provided tracking number. Therefore, logistics companies do not proactively contact customers, but rely on customers to timely monitor and manage their shipments.)
