Radio Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty.
TIDRADIO will be responsible for the damage caused by transportation accidents. And we offer 6 months of radio repair for free. (Radio accessories enjoy 3 months repair warranty, from the date of the first receipt.)
Beyond the warranty period: We still offer maintenance service, buyers are required to afford the corresponding cost.

I bought 8 of the TD-H8 radios for my extended family to use on GMRS at our cottages. I tested many different models before deciding on the H8. The H8 is the perfect blend of features combined with durability and simplicity for those not familiar with two-way radios.
what an improvement over most budget radios. Love the blue tooth programming on the fly.
I bought this on a recommendation of a friend. I thought the radio would come preprogrammed with the GMRS channels in it. H8 reviews on youtube didn't explain how or where to find. information/instructions. I would like the scan to just scan FMRS and GMRS and not stay on the weather channel. But I haven't found where that is yet. If better instructions were put on YouTube where they could be reviewed I think the radio would appeal to more people interested in it.
I’ve found this radio to be easy to use and program. I’m new to radios and as of right now I’m only licensed for GMRS. Most of my use has been only listening with some GMRS conversations.
I have had nothing but success with using this set of radios! Great purchase and will buy more in the future.
