Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about lifetime spend, tier gifts, and checkout redemption.

Can I claim multiple rewards as my spending grows?

Yes. Every time your lifetime spend reaches a new tier ($100, $200, $400, $800, $1,000, and $1,600+), you unlock that tier's gift code. You can collect rewards across all 6 tiers over time.

How is my lifetime cumulative spend calculated?

It is the net total of all completed orders under your registered TIDRADIO account email. Cancelled or refunded orders are automatically deducted.

How do I redeem my complimentary reward?

Add the eligible accessory or radio to your cart, ensure your order meets the $39.99 minimum, and apply your tier code at checkout. The reward item automatically discounts to $0.00.

What are the requirements for using discount codes?

1. Cart subtotal must be at least $39.99.
2. Your account lifetime spend must meet the required tier range.
3. The corresponding eligible item must be added to your cart before entering the code.

Can I combine my gift with my next regular order?

Yes. Add your reward item alongside your regular purchases ($39.99+ total) so everything delivers together in one package.

How many items can I redeem per tier?

Each milestone code allows redemption of one (1) eligible accessory or radio per customer account.
