How to Fix PoC Radio “No Network” Issue

How to Fix PoC Radio “No Network” Issue

Stay Connected Anywhere With PoC Radios

Whether you're traveling across countries, working in different cities, coordinating with a team, or staying connected with family and friends far away, a PoC radio makes long-distance communication simple and reliable.

Unlike traditional walkie-talkies limited by distance, PoC radios use 4G/LTE networks to enable communication across cities, regions, and even countries.

Devices such as the TIDRADIO G18, TIDRADIO M15, TIDRADIO G100, and TIDRADIO M13 are designed for travel, business communication, outdoor coordination, and staying connected while on the move.

However, when switching countries, carriers, or network environments, some users may occasionally experience a “Network fail” issue.

The good news is that most PoC radio network problems can usually be resolved quickly by following the steps below.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Step 1 — Activate the PoC Radio in ODMaster

Before troubleshooting, please confirm:

  • ODMaster App is downloaded
  • You are registered and logged in
  • The radio QR code has been scanned and activated in ODMaster

If not:

  • Activate the radio first
  • Restart the device afterward

If activation still fails, please prepare a QR code photo for inspection.

Step 2 — APN Settings (Important)

Long press the green menu button to enter the APN Switching page.

Then:

  • Select the correct APN based on your SIM card type
  • Press the green menu button to confirm and save the setting

APN List

  • Green SIM Card: indosatgprs
  • Orange SIM Card: ctm-mobile
  • EU SIM Card: data641003
  • New Global SIM Card (Green 2.0 / Orange 2.0): globaldata

⚠️ For M2 Pro users, the APN modification method may be different. Please contact our customer support team for guidance if needed.

After setting:

  • Restart the radio
  • Wait a few minutes for network registration

Incorrect APN settings are one of the most common causes of PoC radio “No Network” issues.

Step 3 — Server Selection

Long press the left arrow key to enter the Server Switching page.

Please ensure the server is set to:

odmaster

If another server is selected:

  • Switch it to odmaster
  • Restart the radio afterward

Step 4 — SIM Card Check

If the issue is still not resolved after the previous steps, please send the SIM card number to the customer support team for further assistance.

This helps confirm:

  • SIM status
  • Carrier registration

Step 5 — Firmware Version Check

Press and hold the right-side arrow button to enter the User Version interface.

Then:

  • Press the right-side arrow button again
  • Check the firmware version
  • Take a photo and send it to the support team for inspection

Firmware version is also one of the factors affecting network connectivity.

Why Many Users Choose PoC Radios

Traditional radios are limited by distance and repeater coverage.

PoC radios allow users to:

  • Stay connected while traveling
  • Communicate across cities and countries
  • Coordinate business teams remotely
  • Stay in touch with family and friends anywhere

For many users, devices like the TIDRADIO G18 and TIDRADIO M15 are not just communication tools — they are reliable companions for travel, work, and daily life.

Final Tips

Most PoC radio “No Network” issues are related to:

  • APN configuration
  • SIM registration
  • Temporary unstable signal
  • Server selection

In most cases, the issue can be resolved within a few minutes using the steps above.

Reliable communication starts with a stable connection — wherever your journey takes you.
